Personalized service and advice
We have created several tools to make communication easy during the mastering process.
While uploading your songs, you can add comments and tell us your wishes for each track. We also recommend uploading one or more reference tracks, so we can better understand the sound you are looking for.
During the mastering process, we use a personal messaging system to exchange feedback, answer questions, and discuss your project.
Sometimes we may find problems that are better fixed in the mix instead of during mastering. In that case, we can use the messaging system to suggest changes to the mix, helping us create the best possible master for your music.
After mastering, you can give feedback using the online messaging system connected to your track.
Online mastering is different from a face-to-face mastering session, where you can directly interact with the mastering engineer while he is working on your music.
That is why we offer 3 free mastering revisions, so we can make sure you are fully satisfied with the final result.
After 3 to 5 working days, your mastering will be finished and ready for download.
We will keep you informed by e-mail during every step of the process.
We also offer a priority mastering service for clients who need a faster turnaround.
Our online mastering rates start at β¬49 (excluding VAT).
We offer discounts for mastering edits and different versions of the same mix. The more tracks you master, the lower the price per track becomes.
You can pay for your audio mastering using PayPal, Visa, iDEAL, and several other payment methods.
After you have entered the track information, we will provide you with a quotation so you can see the cost of the online mastering.
Once you accept the quotation, you can enter your customer details and choose your preferred payment method. After that, you can start uploading your tracks using the web interface.
