How can I communicate with the mastering engineers about the mastering?

While uploading your tracks for online mastering using our web interface you can enter comments for each track. Also after uploading you can place comments in the forum of your project. These messages will be read during the mastering of your track. The mastering engineer uses the same forum to ask questions if we have any. The advantage of the forum is that all the communication of a mastering order is nicely documented and organized together with the project. It is also possible to send us a reference track using the web interface. This is another way to express your mastering wishes to us.
